2. a physician or surgeon who limits his practice to the study or treatment of particular diseases or a part of the body: »

3. a broker on the floor of a stock exchange who is in charge of regulating the supply and demand of a particular security or securities and who executes special orders to buy or sell shares of that security.
4. enlisted man in the U.S. Army with administrative or technical duties, ranking above a private first class, and ranging from specialist four to specialist seven who has the same pay as a sergeant first class.
